  • Avoid consuming unpasteurized milk, cheese, or fruit juice because they could infect you with bacteria.
  • Steer clear of all alcohol. Fetal alcohol syndrome, stillbirth, and miscarriage are all risks associated with alcohol consumption.
  • Processed food consumption during pregnancy raises the risk of gestational diabetes, obesity, and problems. You and the baby could suffer long-term health effects as a result of this.
